Calling out for Creek Daze vendors!

The Roberts Creek Daze 2022 is right around the corner!!

This is our call out to non-profits, business vendors, community organizations and all community members to participate. It has been a hectic couple of years! Congratulations

Creek Daze is hosted by the Roberts Creek Community

Association. Many thanks to the RCCA board and community for all their hard work in

maintaining the Roberts Creek Hall, Library and Gazebo and supporting Earth Day and Creek Daze.

Festival Date: Sunday, August 14, 2022

Time: 11:30am - 6pm

Location: Roberts Creek Pier

Booth Costs: $35 non-profits, $50 business vendors, $100 food vendors, $10 youth

Zero waste: We strive to make this a zero-waste event, this means if your items have a plastic component that’s recycled or designed for multiple use, no problem. However, we discourage single use plastic for packaging and food vendors. Please do everything you can to ensure that you are considering your waste output at this event.

We will provide waste bins on site. If you have questions, feel free to ask us. Think as creatively as possible, first Refuse, then Reduce, then Reuse and last Recycle.

Food vendors, we will need to make everything meet Vancouver Coastal Health permits.

Vending: You are responsible to provide your own tent, table and chairs

Volunteers: We are always looking for volunteers! This can be to run workshops, setting up and taking down, running the volunteer food table, traffic control, Welcoming tent, helping with zero waste and more! Note: A significant portion of the funding for Creek Daze comes from our silent auction that we hold on the day of the event. In agreeing to participate in our event, we ask you do not conduct your own raffle. Thank you.
